Singer Like Justin Bieber, 13-year-old Jawan Harris put his talent before the public via YouTube. And similar to Usher’s endorsement of that teen heartthrob’s R&B cred via video appearances, Chris Brown has appeared in the video for Harris’s debut single “Nobody.” Before signing to Bystorm/JiveRecords, one of Harris’s teachers recognized his talent and introduced the budding star to his manager, who happened to know Jive’s Mark Pitts. Because of his singing and dancing skills, Harris is quickly being compared to Michael Jackson, Usher and his video compadré, Chris Brown. A debut album is being eagerly anticipated.
