Jessy Wilson

Singer Upon graduating from New York’s famed LaGuardia High, Jessy Wilson broke into the music industry singing backup for superstars Alicia Keys and John Legend. After penning a handful of hits for Legend, she went on to write for Mario, Usher, Keyshia Cole, Fantasia and Ledisi. Her contributions to Ledisi’s Pieces of Me and Fantasia’s Back to Me earned the two stars Grammy nominations for Best R&B Album. With her solid reputation and success in the industry, the BET Music Matters singer-songwriter is now embarking on a solo career, currently prepping for the release of her debut LP, which is expected for arrival in 2012.
