Junior Reid

Delory Reid, better known to the music world as Junior Reid, is a legendary reggae and dancehall artist, as well as the lead singer for the group Black Uhuru. The Kingston, Jamaica, native has been making music since the 1970s, and is probably best known for his 1989 hit "One Blood," which has been sampled by many (including rapper Game). The two teamed up in 2006 on the BET Hip Hop awards stage to perform "One Blood" and "Let's Ride." The following year, Reid was sampled again on the "This Is Why We Hot" track by M.I.M.S.
