Kevin Hart

Actor / Comedian From hit comedy specials to starring Hollywood roles to high-profile hosting gigs, Kevin Hart has all the things any aspiring comedian might wish for. Born and raised in the City of Brotherly Love, Hart nurtured dreams of comedy stardom even when he was working at a Philadelphia sneaker store. After building up his confidence on local open-mic nights, he quit his day job and started pursuing his dreams at famous clubs like Caroline's and The Comedy Store. Film roles eventually followed, including Paper Planes and Scary Movie 3. Hart executive-produced, wrote and starred in the ABC sitcom The Big House in 2004. A starring role in the movie Soul Plane and acclaimed comedy specials like Seriously Funny  solidified Hart's status as a comic to watch. But something tells us he's just getting started. Watch Hart take over the spotlight as host of the 2011 BET Awards.
