Entrepreneur/Reality TV Star The daughter of the late, famed former OJ Simpson murder trial attorney Robert Kardashian, Kim Kardashian is a part of a new breed of celebrity whose entrepreneurial careers were launched by sex tapes. Soon after Kardashian’s intimate exploits with R&B singer Ray J became public, Kim became a branded superstar overnight thanks to a string of workout DVDs, perfume line, reality TV shows (most notably, Keeping Up With the Kardashians) and other endeavors.  She made headlines for her highly rated televised wedding, where she married NBA player Kris Humphries to the tune of an estimated $10 million.  She filed divorce papers just seventy-two days after the ceremony.
