Keanna “KJ Rose”Johnson grew up on the south side of Chicago singing with young adult gospel choirs. A chance meeting with Kelly Price led the FAMU grad to tour with artists such as P. Diddy & The Family, Justin Timberlake and Janet Jackson.She even landed a job with music-biz legend Clive Davis. The singer/songwriter has gone on to work with artists like Monica, R. Kelly and dead prez. When she graced the stage of The Mo'Nique Show, the show’s host proclaimed that KJ Rose's single, "A Better Way," would change lives.
