Lamar Joseph Odom is a professional basketball player who's worn the jerseys of the Miami Heat, the Dallas Mavericks, the LA Lakers and the LA Clippers (which was his first team in the NBA and where he was recently re-stationed). In the league since '99, the two-time NBA championship winner is also a two-time Olympic medalist, taking the gold at the 2010 FIBA World Championship. He married reality star Khloe Kardashian in 2009 and they scored their own show, Khloe & Lamar, on E!. In December 2013, Kardashian filed for divorce after the NBA star battled with a drug relapse and infidelity. Two years later, though they both signed the divorce papers, a judgment has not been entered into court, meaning they were still legally married. On October 13, 2015, the athlete slipped into a coma after being found unresponsive in a Las Vegas brothel. According to the athlete’s 911 caller, he had recently used cocaine and had track marks on his arms from prior drug use. As reports state that his condition continues to deteriorate, friends and family gathered to say their final goodbyes.
