Often referred to as the “Godfather of Chicago Hip Hop,” No I.D. (born Dion Wilson) has crafted many of the hits in Common’s career and served as an early mentor to Kanye West. Producing since the early ‘90s, the legendary producer has also worked with artists including Jay-Z, Janet Jackson, J. Cole and Nas, executive producing his critically acclaimed LP Life is Good. He is the current executive vice president of Def Jam.
