Amanda Bynes has been a mainstay in the news lately for her recent near apartment eviction, DUI and hit and run arrests, plus, driving with a suspended license. Now, apparently she’s also looking to start some celeb beef as well.

On February 6, Bynes tweeted a photo of Jay-Z and wrote, “Ugly face,” according to The Huffington Post. The as-of-late mostly unemployed actress has since deleted the tweet, which was originally aimed at a Twitter user who has an inactive account, which was not connected to hers.

While it’s possible that Bynes’ Twitter account could have been hacked, she has been known for tweeting and deleting tweets on a regular basis. The Hairspray star recently posted pictures of her breasts on Instagram.

Bynes, whose bizarre behavior began in 2011, has become more known in recent years for her arrests than her acting career. There’s no word or reply yet from the Carters on this matter, and given Bynes' track record, it’s doubtful J-Hova will respond.
