Update: DJ Mister Cee Makes Emotional Confession on Hot 97

Veteran DJ comes clean about sex scandals.

Update: DJ Mister Cee was a guest on Hot 97 Thursday (Sept. 12) morning addressing the latest rounds of sex allegations, and admitted to being "in denial" about rumors that he solicited oral sex from men. "I never had actually sexual intercourse with another man, and vice versa," Cee said in the nearly 30-minute interview. But he did admit to accepting sexual "favors" from a "transsexual person."

He also acknowledged the recorded encounter with Bimbo Winehouse, a male he reportedly picked up for a sexual exchange. Cee said the run-in with Winehouse went down last year.
The BK native denied being gay but broke down in tears several times, exposing his fear of not being "looked at the same way," and shaming his West Indian family.  "I just feel like I let a lot of people down," Cee explained, adding that he needs time to deal with "who," and "what" he is.

The truth session did offer one bright spot for the turntablist and the station. Cee renounced his resignation and was back spinning records in his familiar noon time slot.

After two decades of spinning records at radio station Hot 97, DJ Mister Cee abruptly announced his resignation on-air this morning (Sept. 11). The Brooklyn native told listeners that leaving was necessary "for the betterment of the station."
In a statement to BET.com, Hot 97's parent company Emmis Communications noted "personal circumstances" as the reason for him quitting. "We feel that this is in the best interest of both HOT 97 and Cee’s personal well-being," the statement reads.

"While we do not endorse the alleged activities, he is clearly facing a personal dilemma that is for him and only him to comment on. We are saddened by his departure; his contributions here at HOT 97 were great and we know him as a friend, a caring individual and significant hip hop advocate. We wish Mr. Cee the best and will always consider him a family member of HOT 97."
Today, his last on air, marks a "sad day for New York City,” the statement added.
Hot 97 program director Ebro Darden wasn't as happy about the news but chose to stand by his longtime friend, tweeting "This goes against everything I believe in..I must support his wishes. #familyfirst."
His departure comes in the wake of new sex allegations brought on by a drag queen known as Bimbo Winehouse. The self-proclaimed "Internet personality" posted a video of him and Cee negotiating a rate for oral sex.
Cee's most recent prostitution bust went down in May when he was arrested for soliciting what he thought was a male prostitute — but was actually an undercover cop — in Brooklyn. Although the arrest was his third time getting popped for a similar offense, he denied the report, claiming that he pulled over to make a phone call when the cop offered him oral copulation.

He has also denied being gay and claims an addiction to the "instant gratification" from his sexual trysts.
