Jeremih Under Investigation for Causing Damage at Fuddruckers

Singer and his entourage are accused of throwing bottles, breaking a frier at the restaurant.

"Don't Tell 'Em" singer Jeremih is wrapped up in a possible vandalism case.

According to TMZ, the R&B star and his entourage were dining at a Fuddruckers in Billings, Mont., when the drama flared up. Apparently, one member of the crew –– or multiple, it's unclear as of press time –– was flirting with a cashier. The cashier reported feeling "uncomfortable" to management, who then asked Jeremih's people to move to a table in the back.

The entourage's response, allegedly, was to cry racism, even at one point grabbing a Fuddruckers microphone to make the annoucnement. They also reportedly threw bottles and caused $700 worth of damage, including breaking one of the casual food restaurant's friers.

The manager claims he at least attempted to return their money to help calm the situation.

Police are investigating.
