'Sistas:' Gary’s Lies May Finally Be Catching Up To Him

Gary’s secrets are much worse than they previously seemed after it comes out that he might be tied to a murder.

Last week’s episode of Tyler Perry’s Sistas ended with the surprising news that Karen is pregnant with twins. This week, we pick up from that moment. Karen informs Zac that they got two for one, and he is actually excited. However, the paternity results still aren’t in yet, so he probably should pipe down. Also, Fatima isn’t very happy. She’s pretending that she’s cool with it, but we know the real. Ultimately, this is what she chose, so that’s that.

'Tyler Perry’s Sistas': Five Plot Twists That Could Happen With Karen’s Baby

Moving on, Andi summons Penelope to her job to tell her some disturbing things she learned about Gary through her private investigator. It’s much worse than they thought as if it wasn’t already bad enough. One of the most disturbing things discovered is that Gary may or may not have killed a woman. Back in the day, Gary’s high school prom date went missing and was never found, and Gary claimed to have no idea what could have happened to her. It’s highly speculated that Gary was responsible, but there was never enough evidence to convict him. The short of it is Penelope needs to get away from Gary as soon as she can. That should have happened a long time ago, but ok, girl.

Speaking of Gary, he meets up with Marie Willis, the billionaire looking for a lawyer to handle her divorce case, who's considering Andi for the job. Gary attempts to pump Marie’s head with lies, claiming that Andi isn’t suitable to be her lawyer. This is part of his favor to Hayden to try to get Andi out of the runnings. But Marie had something for Gary. A smart, billionaire woman does research, so she turns the tables on Gary and tells him that she knows he’s the problem and believes none of his lies.

Danni, Tony, Rich and Sabrina link up for a double date. Tony’s kids are staying with their aunt. It seems like all fun and games on the surface, but it’s clear that there’s tension with both couples. Sabrina’s and Rich’s deal is their discord over having children, and Danni’s and Tony’s deal is that Danny is still annoyed that Tony’s arrangement with his children has shifted to full time. Impending breakups loading.

The episode ends with Gary being mad that his lies are caving in on him because the feds are still sniffing around. But for some reason, his next line of recourse is to “take them out.” “Them” would be his enemies, which include Andi, Penelope, and Jordan. Gary is plotting instead of figuring out how to keep a low profile. Yikes.
