Soulja Boy, Interscope Records and MySpace Music have all collectively been hit with a one million dollar lawsuit by TrinCity Entertainment for breach of contract. TrinCity Entertainment, owned by Joseph Sheldon Brewster, says the rapper canceled a show in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and never paid the expenses that they dished out to promote and book the show.

According to the suit filed in the US District Court in Pennsylvania, TrinCity paid $16,250 to book Soulja Boy for a December 10 appearance. Brewster says reps contacted him about canceling the show, but agreed to pay $10,000 to cover advertising and promotion costs that they'd already incurred. The show was eventually rescheduled, but by the time TrinCity received any payment from Interscope, they claim it was too late to promote the rescheduled date. They also claim SB kept his deposit and was unjustly enriched.

This is not the first time the ringtone-friendly rapper has faced a lawsuit. Last August clothing company Laundry Money sued SB for copyright infringement for allegedly stealing their company slogan.
