Whoopi Goldberg’s Reaction To Meghan McCain’s Comments About Meghan Markle And Oprah Is Priceless

“It’s 2021 and we are all Whoopi.”

Whoopi Goldberg represents anyone who ain’t fielding the BS anymore.

On Tuesday’s (March 9) episode of The View, the panel discussed Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey, and as usual, Meghan McCain attempted to make a snide, yet very flat remark about it.

“The American experiment is the way to go, and if we have two American women, Meghan Markle and Oprah Winfrey, who are single-handedly finishing what George Washington and our revolutionary counterparts did, I’m all for it,” the 36-year-old right wing columnist said.

The camera then cuts to Goldberg who simply says “Ok,” but her facial expression says a whole lot more:

  • A 15-second clip of the exchange was cut and went viral after comedian Justin Martindale tweeted it, along with the caption: “It’s 2021 and we are all Whoopi.”

  • Suffice to say, Twitter roasted McCain, both for her horrible attempt at making a backhanded compliment and her ignorance about George Washington’s role in the American Revolution.
