Bhad Bhabie Sued by American Express for Over $670K in Alleged Unpaid Debt

Court documents reveal the rapper and reality star is accused of defaulting on payments, while she denies the claims and calls the lawsuit untrue.

Bhad Bhabie might be in some major trouble with American Express.

The reality star has been sued by the credit card company People reports.

According to the documents obtained by the outlet, the 22-year-old is being sued for $674,452.40 in alleged unpaid debt.

According to the court documents, American Express claims they made an agreement with the rapper, real name Danielle Bregoli, to extend her credit on April 21, 2021, but she allegedly ceased making payments on December 19, 2024.

“Plaintiff extended credit to Defendant for purchases and/or cash advances by Defendants and/or persons acting with Defendants’ permission on the American Express account XXXX‑XXXX‑X5000 (the “Account”)," the filing says.

"Defendant promised to repay Plaintiff for all charges, fees, and interest on the Account by paying the balance in full every month or by making monthly payments.”

The bank is currently seeking damages for breach of contract and alleges she owes the full balance.

Bregoli responded to the claims in an interview with TheShadeRoom, exclaiming the unpaid debt claims are not true.

“Sh*t not true. Where do they get this sh*t from?,” she states.
