Nelly is reportedly in hot water at the moment as a woman has come forward claiming the rapper raped her on his tour bus in Washington, D.C.

According to TMZ, the St. Louis MC was booked on second degree rape charges on Saturday morning at approximately 7:00 a.m., with the alleged assault taking place a few hours earlier, at around 3:45 a.m.

The woman in question, who has, thus far, remained anonymous, identified Nelly as the reported perpetrator.

The alleged incident occurred during Nelly's Washington stop on his tour with Florida Georgia Line. They are set to hit the stage, tonight, in Ridgefield, Washington.

Nelly's rep has not yet responded to the allegations.
