The two exchanged shots on social media about a week ago and apparently, after days of it being out there on the Internet, the Harlem rapper is deciding she might take this to the courts.

“Just realizing that I can sue Remy Ma for trying to paint me in a false light,” Banks wrote in her Instagram story. “Those pictures were not of my vagina yet she showed them to the world trying to say it was. I responded to something she said publicly and her response was making a private conversation between the two of us public.”

There are legal actions one can take under relatively new revenge porn laws, however as she mentioned, it wasn’t actually her genitals that were revealed to the public.

Azealia then mentioned that things “could get messy” after asking whether Remy was still on parole.

The whole beef began after Remy Ma suggested to Ebro during an interview that it was “tumbleweeds” for female rappers upon her exit from prison. Azealia took that as a diss to her and responded by calling the Bronx emcee irrelevant. That response then prompted Remy to release the text messages and vagina pics Banks is possibly going to sue over.

At the moment, it’s uncertain whether Azealia Banks has filed any official paperwork over the matter. We’ll keep you updated if she does.
