R&B heartthrob Miguel opened his 2018 BET Awards performance Sunday (June 24) with his sexy, sultry, J. Cole-assisted single “Come Thru and Chill” chart-topper as the ladies swarmed and swooned to the front of the stage.

The nostalgic community of the Twitterverse, however, swooped down in hilarious recollection of the War & Leisure singer’s Billboard Music Awards stage blunder from five years ago. If you’ll recall, Miguel’s stage stunt didn’t go exactly as planned after he jumped from one platform to another and accidentally landed on top of one of the audience member’s heads at the 2013 show.
