Reporters on Fox News were shocked when J.Crew featured a picture on it’s website that showed their creative director Jenna Lyons painting her toddler son’s toenails with a bright pink nail polish. Lyons was bashed for having parenting skills that were called "blatant propaganda celebrating transgendered children.”

But J-Lo doesn’t think it’s that deep. The mother-of-two was interviewed in a People magazine profile for her “Most Beautiful Woman in the World” feature and said her son, Max, also likes to paint his nails sometimes, along with his sister Emme.

"He wants to paint his nails, too. Because for him, it's just paint. He's like, 'I want the blue!'" Lopez said. "Then Marc is like, 'Why are Max's nails painted?!' But he won't sit still so it's only like two nails.”
