Punching an Off-Duty Cop Could Cost Game $12 Million

Onyebuchi Awaji claims rapper caused him emotional, financial and physical pain.

This could be one expensive fade.

The punch that Game threw at an off-duty cop during a pick-up basketball game in late March could cost the rapper up to $12 million in a lawsuit.

TMZ obtained court documents in the lawsuit that Onyebuchi Awaji filed against Game and there's $12 million worth of physical, emotional and financial pain that he wants to be compensated for. The actual breakdown of the lawsuit calls for $10 million in punitive damages, $1 million for each pain and suffering and emotional distress, $50,000 for medical expenses already paid, and $100,000 more for anticipated future medical expenses.

Just last week a warrant was issued for the arrest of Game, stemming from the punch during the basketball game. On Monday, Game turned himself in to police.

Let's see how this plays out.
