Baby Got Back: Twins Share Secret to Their Four-Foot Butts

They say they're 100 percent natural.

Idential twins Miriam and Michelle Carolus have been getting major attention for their four-foot derrièrs lately, and they are revealing the pretty attainable secret to their results: squats — 2,000, to be exact.

The ladies said they do exercise every single day in order to achieve the hourglass figures they currently have.

"We make sure we eat the same, exercise the same — everything the same," Michelle told Barcroft. "We try to do a couple of thousand squats a day to keep in shape. It won't be all at the same time. It will usually be stretched over something like nine hours."

The sisters, 28, got their start on Instagram, raking up more than 250,000 followers, and have made their passion for fitness into a substantial career. "It started off with Instagram. We'd never had social media before then," Michelle said. "We posted a picture and got a lot of attention for the first shoot we did. We've [had] a lot of bookings for magazines and offers to travel. Modeling is actually a lot of fun."

While they've made a name for themselves in the world of fitness, their regular nine to five is in none other than a plastic surgeon's office. Admittedly shelling out $5,000 on breast augmentation, the ladies say their butts have remained untouched to this day.

"We would never consider surgery on our butts — our workout plan pretty much takes care of that," Miriam said. "And when you do it naturally through hard work, it makes you feel a lot better about yourself."

Miriam and Michelle explained they follow the intense workout regimen of King Fitness owner and founder Bahiem King, which includes a mixture of boxing, weight training, MMA, and plyometrics which they say gives them that "part Beyoncé, part Serena Williams" result.

Also, a heads up to all of the guys out there who may be interested: good luck. When asked if they're a hot commodity when it comes to dating, the ladies kept it 100. "It's not hard for us to get attention from guys but it's hard for them to get attention from us," Miriam said. "When we are out in a club, we get a lot of attention and there will be a lot of doubles takes of us."
