People Are Calling Tomi Lahren 'Disgusting and Despicable' After She Tweeted This Offensive Remark About an Iranian Oscar Winner

During the Oscars, Iranian director Asghar Farhadi won his second Oscar, yet did not attend in protest
Farhadi won Best Foreign Language Film Sunday for his film, The Salesman. His decision to boycott the show came as a result of President Trump's executive order that banned immigrants from seven Muslim majority countries from entering the United States for a period of time.
Instead of reading his own remarks, Farhadi had Iranian-American engineer Anousheh Ansari, the first Iranian to go to space, read his statement.
Although Farhadi's statement received a large amount of applause from the attendees, everyone's favorite conservative Twitter troll Tomi Lahren was not impressed
Lahren, who was simultaneously hosting her own award show called 'The Flakies,' found time to send a second offensive tweet about the filmmaker
Immediately, some attempted to correct Lahren's egregious statements about Iran
Twitter users then called out Lahren for offering such an ignorant and deplorable statement
Lahren also insulted all of Hollywood and the Oscars
