Detroit Ex-Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick Ordered to Pay Higher Restitution  - Detroit’s former Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick will have less disposable income now that a Michigan parole board recently increased the amount he must pay in restitution by more than 200 percent.
