Topping The U.K. ChartsJune 21, 2009 - Upon hearing David Guetta's instrumental for "When Love Takes Over" Kelly convinces him to let her write and record vocals for it. The track tops the charts in ten countries and becomes Rowland's second #1 single in the U.K. On February 8, 2010 Rowland earns her second Grammy as a solo artist for the song, which inspires her to refocus her efforts on another solo album.
