Ballin' BBQ Roasted Turkey - •1 12lbs to 15lbs Turkey<br>•2 qt Turkey Stock<br>•2 Bottles Jack Daniels BBQ Sauce<br>•3 cups Melted Butter<br>•Diced Onion, Celery, Carrots<br><br>Preheat oven: 350*. Wash turkey, remove neck/giblets. Pat dry. Place turkey in roasting pan. Combine onion, celery, carrots, 1 qt turkey stock, 3 cups of water. Pour over turkey. Mix BBQ sauce, 1 qt turkey stock. Brush over turkey, cover with foil tent. Bake 4 hrs.

Microphone Check Mac & Cheese - •2 boxes Macaroni Noodles<br>•½ tsp Low Sodium Salt<br>•1 tbs Vegetable Oil<br>•2 cups Heavy Cream<br>•1lbs each Cheddar, Monterey & Asiago Cheese<br>•1 cup Sour Cream<br><br>Preheat oven: 375*. Add 4 cups water, oil, salt over medium heat. Add macaroni. Combine heavy cream, sour cream, butter in pan. When boiling, slowly add cheeses - stir continuously. Put cooked macaroni in deep pan, add sauce mix. Bake 25-35 min.

Money Hungry Collard Greens - •4lbs Cleaned Collard Greens, cut in half<br>•2 tbs Black Pepper<br>•2lbs Chopped Smoked Turkey Neck<br>•¼ Chopped Onion<br>•2 tbs Seasoning Salt<br>•1 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil<br>•2 tsp Baking Powder<br><br>In big pot add turkey neck, onion, oil over medium heat. Add 10 cups of water, greens, seasoning salt, pepper, baking soda. Boil for 30 min., reduce to low heat. Cook 2-3 hrs.

Eye Candy Yams - •4lbs Sweet Potatoes<br>• 2 tbs Nutmeg<br>•¼ cup Brown Sugar<br>•2 tbs Cinnamon<br>•¼ cup Sugar<br>•2 tbs Vanilla Flavor<br>•½ Stick Butter<br><br>Preheat Oven: 350*. Wash, peel, slice potatoes. Boil until partially cooked. Arrange in baking pan. In saucepan, add sugars, vanilla flavor, nutmeg, cinnamon, 3 cups of water, butter. Bring to a simmer, thicken with cornstarch, pour over potatoes. Bake 25 min.
