Now is the time to begin exercising and eating better if you are trying to get pregnant. This way, you can continue these healthier habits into your pregnancy.

Cut Down on Caffeine - The science isn’t clear on whether caffeine impacts your fertility — some data says it could and some says it does not. But you really shouldn’t have any more than two cups of coffee a day, period, and keep in mind that you should cut most caffeine out when you get pregnant. Now could be a good time to start.
