Haiti Run-Off Results Delayed - The preliminary results of Haiti’s recent run-off presidential elections between former first lady Mirlande Manigat and musician Michel Martelly were supposed to be announced Thursday, but have been delayed due to voter fraud, according to the nation’s Provisional Election Council. “A high level of fraud and irregularities of various kinds has been detected in the tabulations of votes,” the agency announced.
