Lash Lesson - I make my bands very natural so that it isn’t apparent that you have on a false lash. Some bands are very dramatic and they’re black, but my bands are clear so it appears that you don’t have anything on if it’s put on properly.

People try to apply one corner and by the time they get to the other side, they’re pulling the other corner up. If you apply the band evenly at the exact same time, you won’t have lifting.

Ja'Maal's Touch - I’ve been told that I have a very precise hand. Almost like a surgeon’s hand. I’m very much a perfectionist, so when I’m doing someone’s lashes, I like to study their lash line and their eyes. That helps me to determine what features they don’t have but need.
