Amtrak Train Comes to a Halt - What began as peaceful protests ended in 159 people arrested in Berkeley, California, Monday — the city's third night of demonstrations against the grand jury's decision in Eric Garner's case, the Associated Press reports. Interstate 80 was blocked off, a Bay Area Rapid Transit station was temporarily shut down and and others blocked train tracks, forcing an Amtrak train to stop temporarily.
