Blue Ivy and North West - Let’s just pretend they are besties! Capture the essence of the littlest Carter: Dress in blue, then buy fake ivy, spray paint it blue, and wrap it around your body. For Kanye’s kid, cut a large circle out of a piece of cardboard and paint a compass on it, complete with a red needle pointed northwest. Attach with a length of yard around the neck, halter style.
