Now that that's out of the way, the news is Romeo Miller has confirmed that he is dating pageant queen Toneata Morgan. Morgan was crowned Miss Malibu Teen USA 2014 and most recently she participated in Miss California Teen USA 2015, ranking as the fourth runner-up.
