Just Have Fun - "A lot of people take these events and they try too hard. I just wanted to swag it out, have fun. Not too much jewelry. I just wanted to be about the jacket and keeping that the main focus being that we coming with this stuff next," said Swizz Beatz, referring to his new clothing line. Black Tie Affair - "I'm a big fan of Mike B's and I let professionals do what they do," said 106 & Park co-host Terrence J as the celebrity stylist got him suited up to host the BET Awards Pre-Show. "I don't like people coming on set telling me how to be creative and what to do. Me and Mike don't even discuss it. I'm kind of a blank canvas and Mike just paints masterpieces on it." The Doctor Is In - "This is my first real time looking at everything," Terrence explained just moments before taking the stage in front of millions for the live BET Awards Pre-Show. "I have complete trust in him; he's like my doctor. It's like when you're getting anesthesia—you just go under the knife. Mike B is one of the knives. You just trust your doctor and he does an amazing job."(Photo: Sean O'Kane for BET.com)

It's in the Bag - "I have some prowess, but I don't consider myself a fashion guy," said Tigger, the former host of BET's Rap City, as Mike B dressed him to co-host the BET Awards post-show. "I just know what I like and sometimes that's not always what's hot. So I'll tell Mike what we're looking for. I'll give Mike an idea and he'll send me a couple ideas back. I'll let him know what works, and after we got it, we got it."(Photo: Sean O'Kane for BET.com)

What Tigger Wants - "The tux is it! I love the look," said Tigger as Mike B scrutinized the details. "This is look number one today. We got a separate look for the post-show. Me and Mike been in phone, text and e-mail cahoots for the last month or two getting my situation together. Only input I had, I had two: I needed to have my HIV/AIDS Awareness pin and I needed one button. That's all I said: one button [laughs]. Everything else, they did."(Photo: Sean O'Kane for BET.com)

Foot in the Door - "I came into the game and this industry with a silver spoon in my mouth," Mike B explained. "My big brother Groovey Lew and Jay Black brought me to Bad Boy Entertainment in 1993 or 1994. From there, I assisted Groovey, and during that time Puff was like babysitting Donnell Jones, Usher and a lot of LaFace artists. L.A. Reid would send most of his LaFace artists to Puff to get that N.Y. swag, to get that N.Y. nouveau riche look."(Photo: Adrian Sidney/PictureGroup)
