Retreat & Release - I go to Burke Williams spa all of the time! They have this treatment called Hunter’s Retreat. It’s an hour-and-15-minute treatment. You’re in a steam room and they spray warm water all over your body and they exfoliate your entire body as well. It’s amazing!

Face Forward - I use the Peter Thomas Roth line on my face. I love the <i>Anti-Aging Cleansing Gel</i>. It’s oil-free. After that, I use the <i>Max All Day Moisture Defense Cream with SPF 30</i>. Some African-American women think that they don’t have to use sunscreen, but I really think it’s important that you do. That’s one of the key ingredients for me, as to why my skin stays clear.

Silky Strands - I use the <i>MoroccanOil Oil Treatment</i>. You can put it on before you shampoo, and after you wash it out, it makes your hair nice and smooth. Just use a little bit. It takes away the frizz and it smells so good! It makes your hair really soft.

Tia's Faves - I have these pair of leggings from Lindsay Lohan’s leggings line, 6126. She has these amazing leggings that are not like stockings. It’s more of a tight. What I like about my pair is that they have this gold zipper near the bottom and they’re adorable. I wear them all of the time. You can get them at Fred Segal.

Just Like New - When you’re on the go, you don’t always have time to wash your hair. I use <i>Ojon Rub-Out Dry Cleanser</i> spray. You spray that in your hair and the oil in your roots like…dissolves!

Shoe Game - I’m a boot fanatic! I have so many boots. Frye makes some sexy, hot boots and they’re very comfortable. Charles David also makes amazing boots, and I can’t forget about the Uggs. The newest ones I’ve purchased have a knitted look with buttons and you can roll them down. They come in handy when you’re on set all day.

Smooth Sailing - My favorite products for my skin are <i>Carol’s Daughter</i>. I use the <i>Almond Cookie Sea Salt Scrub</i> and it’s amazing. I also use the <i>Almond Cookie Shea Butter Soufflé</i>, which is unbelievable.

Winter Essentials - I love leather jackets. I think leather jackets are a staple piece of clothing. It’s something that you can use to dress up anything like a pair of jeans. I have a leather jacket that my husband gave me that’s very vintage, very ‘70s. That’s my favorite piece. It’s a Madison Marcus piece.

Makeup Maven - Stacy Gibson is my makeup artist and I’ve been using her for years. She did my makeup for my wedding. I actually asked my husband, ‘Who would you want to do my makeup?’ and he said, ‘Stacy.’ She does Gabrielle Union and Sanaa Lathan as well.

Fresh Face - With my look, I definitely go for very natural and classy, mainly because of my husband. He does not like me with a lot of makeup. I love <i>Sheer Cover</i> mineral foundation, especially for me and my sister‘s skin tone. It’s hard to find a really good foundation to get the natural look without looking orange. I just got into mineral products because they’re not harmful to your skin...
