Marty Small - Like Jamal, 2nd Ward of Alantic City Councilman Marty Small had a career before politics. Small was a professional basketball player with the Alantic City Seagulls (United States Basketball League). When he decided to move to poltics (and also similar to Jamal), he had a small following but eventually became the youngest councilman to be sworn in, in the history of the City of Alantic City.(Photo: courtesy Martysmall.com)

Ceasar Mitchell - Ceasar Mitchell is the city councilman of Atlanta! Acting as El Jefe of the city council in ATL, Mitchell gets the deciding vote in case there's a tie vote between the 15 already established council members. In addition, Mitchell would excercise all rights and privileges as mayor if that seat became vacant. We'll chalk his success and status up to the fact that he was born into community activism, with his father being an Atlanta Police Officer and mother being an Atlanta Public School Teacher. (Photo: John E.
