Groovy Q and T.I. Go Back to School - ScHoolboy Q and T.I. are expected to head this year’s University of Buffalo’s Fall Fest 2014. The festival, usually held in October, was moved to Sept. 6 as students are already “excited to be here [and] most people are trying to get together and have a good time,” said student association president James Ingram.
