Jay Z Strikes Back - Drake can't get away with talking slick about Jay Z and if he thought that Jay's silence after his story in Rolling Stone was going to continue, he was wrong. Jay sarcastically takes a jab at Drizzy and says that unlike most rappers that make up stories in their raps, he actually raps about things that he has in "We Made It (Remix)". The rap game as a whole received a message with that line. On top of that, Jay Z shouts Lupita Nyong'o's recent accomplishments out, and references slavery, religion and more all while keeping the game on their toes and remaining the game's most unstoppable emcee. Drake vs. Rolling Stone - Drake had his heart set on celebrating the five year anniversary of his debut mixtape, So Far So Gone, with a February cover on Rolling Stone magazine. But when his cover was replaced last-minute by one in memoriam to actor Phillip Seymour Hoffman, and "off the record" quotes from Drizzy's interview were leaked, the "Started From the Bottom" rapper swore off interviews altogether. He took to the common virtual diary better known as Twitter to vent his frustrations, noting his "disgust" with the magazine. But after negative response to his mini-meltdown, Drake took to his OVO blog blog to apologize. (Photo: Ethan Miller/Getty Images for Clear Channel)

His Response... - Drake has been silenced by Uncle Hov. Will he respond? Eh, maybe and in the name of healthy competition in rap he should. Do you think he will? Photo: Ethan Miller/Getty Images for Clear Channel)

Jay Electronica's Return - After years of having a delayed album, kind of like Dr. Dre's detox, Jay Electronica is letting his voice be heard again. First he dropped a song last week and this week he is actually the talent on the "We Made It" remix, featuring Jay Z. Is there an album on the way? Only time, and maybe a few more years, will tell. Not So Loyal - Today Chris Brown dropped the visual for his single "Loyal" featuring Lil Wayne and Tyga and includes cameos by Trey Songz and the legendary Usher. Ironically, even though the title is "Loyal," the song is about a woman that has been less than loyal to him. Either way, the dancing is amazing, Chris sounds great and hopefully this is a step is the right direction.  (Photo: Hayk Arsham / Splash News)

YG - YG is contending for the Who Blew Up Award as well, mainly off the strength of turning in a solid My Krazy Life album, which depicted the day in the life of a young Compton gangster. Great album.(Photo: Roger Kisby/Getty Images)
