On-Campus Thanksgiving - For one reason or another, many students aren’t able to travel back home for Thanksgiving. Although staying on campus is not the most intriguing way to spend your holiday, chances are you won’t be the only one! Connect With a Friend - If you have a friend who lives near campus, ask if you can go home with them. Believe us, parents of college students enjoy setting an extra plate at the dinner table for those students who are unable to be with their own families during the holidays. Host a Game Night - You are not the only one staying home this holiday, gather up the troops — your friends and other folks in the dorm — to have a game night in one of the dorm’s social rooms or your apartment.
