Classic Appeal - I would describe my style as relaxed, casual and rugged…currently. I just like classic style. Classic style is a men’s suit that’s well-tailored and has stood the test of time…It’s about how the clothes fit you, and the way that they tell the story that you want to tell…in terms of how you’re feeling on any given day.

Must Have - There’s a signet ring that I had made. It’s in 22 karat gold with black diamonds. It’s my initials.

I Got the Feeling - I look at clothing as an extension of my artistic expression. Really, for me, I respond to what the girls say they like to see me in. If they say, ‘Hey, I like those boots,’ or, ‘I like that jean jacket,’ I remember the way I was feeling in my clothes when I received that compliment. That’s the way I want to feel when I try on new clothes.

Label Lush? - I’m just into great designs. A lot of times it happens in different collections. The labels are what they are because they have the money and the staff to concentrate on great designs. Despite that, at the same time, I just really appreciate great designs that are established or emerging.

RL(2) - The fashion alter ego to my current laid back, rugged style is a well-tailored gentleman’s look. I enjoy the process of selecting the wools, silks, linings, and cottons. Whether I’m getting a suit made or I’m selecting the point size of the collar of a custom shirt, I really still enjoy that aspect of dressing like a distinguished gentleman.

Style Saturation - [Humans] enjoy the additional expression of colors, patterns, textures and fabrics. Some do use it as a way to express their wealth or their relationships – if they’re wearing something exclusive from a designer with whom they have a relationship. I’m an advocate of personal expression. It’s all about however the clothes make you feel. If they make you feel good about yourself, that’s what you should rock.

Celebrity Muse - One of the interesting aspects of being a celebrity is that, in many ways, your image is manufactured by professionals, whether they’re publicists, stylists or managers. It’s very rare, in my experience, to find a celebrity that I could say, ‘Oh, their style has influenced mine.’... I’m inspired by great photography that I may see. Various publications that I follow. As much as possible, I just enjoy being an individual.
