It's Carnival Time - A Uruguayan carnival band revs it up for the “llamadas” (Spanish for “calls”) parade in the predominately Black neighborhood of Montevideo. Thousands of people descend on the neighborhood every year in early February to see the colorfully dressed dancers and drummers perform in the street party.
