Lebanon Prime Minister - Monday afternoon, President Obama met with Lebanon’s Prime Minister Saad Hariri in the Oval Office. This is the leader’s first official visit to the White House in his role. Meeting Republicans - Obama then had a lunchtime meeting with Senate Republicans about his legislative agenda during a rare private meeting on Capitol Hill. "It was a good, frank discussion about a whole range of issues," Obama reported as he left.

Italy’s President Visits - Afterward, the president met with Italian President Giorgio Napolitano at the White House. Obama visited Napolitano last summer during his visit to Italy.

Let's Move! - On Tuesday, First Lady Michelle Obama played with kids on the South Lawn of the White House. The event was to kick-off the South Lawn Series, which are summer activities happening at the White House to promote physical activity and engage local students in support of Mrs. Obama’s “Let’s Move!” initiative.

Going to California - And later in the day the president will fly out to San Francisco to attend fundraising events for Sen. Barbara Boxer (D-CA) and the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee.

Solar Facility - On Wednesday, Obama will visit the high-tech, solar facilities of Solyndra, Inc. in Fremont, Calif (here the president and vice president look at solar panels at a Denver facility, during a visit last year). After his tour, he’ll talk to workers about jobs and the economy. He’ll return to D.C. after his visit.
