Beyoncé Sued For Trespassing - Philip Markowitz, a Hollywood Hills man who lives across the street from where Beyoncé recently shot her latest video, “Why Don’t You Love Me,” filed suit in an L.A. court late last week against the singer for nuisance and trespassing. Markowitz claims his privacy was invaded by unnecessary noise and crowds, and that his driveway was repeatedly blocked during the shoot. He is seeking $25,000 in damages from Beyoncé, a liability company and the production coordinator for the shoot.
