If you’ve ever wondered what Nicki Minaj’s hair looked like underneath all of her colorful wigs, she is ready to set the record straight. 

The 35-year-old Trinidadian born rapper recently replied on Twitter to a thread of photos showing off the inches she’s served in recent years.

In her reply, the "Queen" radio host revealed that all of her knee-length hairdos have actually been her natural hair, which has all of her Barbz shooketh! 

"Ok, but VMAs blue dress is when she was born, Barbz. She grew & grew. That’s been my real hair this whole time & Y'all didn’t even peep. Middle part, Jet Black, inches action."

That’s right! According to Nicki, we’ve been seeing her real hair since the 2016 Video Music Awards. If you remember, Nicki wore a navy blue cut-out dress with her black hair stretching down to her lower waist.

Most of her fans will remember Nicki sharing a photo of her natural tresses back in 2014. In the photo, the "Barbie Dreams" rapper is holding her long ponytail in her hand as she extends it way over her head. 

Many people are skeptical about the near floor-sweeping length actually being hers. The only ones that can actually reveal that truth is Nicki and her hairstylist. We wonder which stylist will “keep it real.”
