“Baby bend over, let me see you do that yoga” is the tune you should be singing all September since it’s National Yoga Month. What exactly does that mean? It’s basically another made up holiday like National Ice Cream Day (sorry, foodies!) but still a good excuse to flex in the gym.
National Yoga Month was developed to raise awareness of yoga's health benefits which include increased flexibility, muscle strength and tone, maintaining a balanced metabolism, improved posture — the list goes on. It’s no wonder why your favorite celebrities are becoming yogis.
