Any day is a great day to slay and Jada Pinkett-Smith apparently chose today to do so.

Via Instagram, the actress shared a stunning photo of herself, her daughter Willow and mom, Adrienne Banfield Jones, all wearing sports bras and yoga pants.

From the looks of it, the pic was posted after the three generations of women worked out. Also from the looks of it, they work out often.

The photo reveals each woman with cut up abs, toned arms, and… well... all the way #FitnessGoals.
