Mother of Mistakenly Deported Teen Brings Lawsuit for Mistaken Identity  - Johnisa Turner, whose daughter Jakadrien was mistakenly deported to Colombia last May, filed a lawsuit last Tuesday against United States Attorney General Eric Holder and Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano. Authorities said Jakadrien, who had run away from home, maintained her false identity by giving them a fake name that happened to belong to a 22-year-old Colombian woman. Jakadrien’s family has questioned how authorities could have made the mistake since the 15-year-old does not speak Spanish and has no ties to the South American country.
