Muscogee Nation Supreme Court Ruled Descendants of People Enslaved by the Tribe are Citizens

The Muscogee Nation is one of five tribes in Oklahoma that signed a treaty that abolished their practice of enslavement and granted citizenship to the formerly enslaved.
