Shooters shoot! And that’s exactly what CBS Mornings anchor Gayle King did when Lenny Kravitz joined her for a sit-down interview. King was on her worst behavior when she asked Kravitz, “Do you have a significant other in your life…and can I beat her ass if she is?”

Lenny immediately cackled in fine. 

Gayle, the shooter, continued, “Woops, did I say that out loud? And I’m non-violent Lenny Kravitz!” Non-violent, but she’d fight for Lenny Kravitz. That tracks. Swimsuit cover model era Gayle is just putting it all out there–ain’t no shame in her game!

King persisted, “Do you have a partner? Do you have love in your life?”

Kravitz delighted his lusty fans everywhere when he admitted, “Right now, I’m just open.”

King continued shooting her shot, “Are you even looking?”

Lenny doesn’t have to look. We’re all looking at him and for him. The 59-year-old sex symbol said, “It’s hard not to look. When you desire something, you’re looking for it, right? But I find when you don’t look, is when you find it. And, I’m at a place where–and I’ve said this for several years, ‘i’m ready, i’m ready, i’m ready,’ I wasn’t ready. I thought I was ready.”

And without missing a beat, King said, “But now are you ready?”

He just might be. Kravitz replied, “I can say that I’ve never felt how I feel now.”
