Chris Brown Says His Neighbors Are Out to Get Him

Singer responds to tenant complaints.

Chris Brown is giving his side of the story after fellow residents of his Hollywood condo told reporters that the singer was the neighbor from hell.
Previously, TMZ reported that Brown was hated for persistently parking in handicapped spaces, racing dogs in the hallway and playing loud music at all hours. Recently, an elevator in the condo was mysteriously vandalized with a large carving of the initials "C.B."
But to hear Brown tell it, he's become the victim of a smear campaign.
"My neighbor carves my name in our elevator to incriminate me so it looks like I'm a reckless 22 your old [sic]," Breezy wrote on Twitter.
The "Look at Me Now" singer also reiterated his lawyer's claim that the handicapped spaces are actually Brown's private property under the deed of his condo.
The whole affair has apparently left the young celebrity feeling put out.
"A person should be able to live in his or her own company of their house! I'm barely home so these stories and accusations are so childish!" he tweeted.
