Ever wonder what “SkeeYee” actually means?

No, it’s not just something fun to yell out randomly. It has meaning, according to Sexyy Red. During a recent interview with Montreality, the St. Louis rapper explained where the term comes from, and it has to do with her native city.

Red says the term is something that “geeks,” or people addicted to drugs, will shout out at someone they find attractive.

"SkeeYee. That's when like, you see a cute girl or somebody with a big booty, or you're tryin' to holler at somebody," she told the outlet. "They call that the 'geek call. A geek is a crackhead, a dope fiend."

Also, during the interview, Sexyy Red revealed the most romantic gesture she's ever received from a man – being impressed when someone she was dating robbed someone and gave her money he stole.

"It was just so sweet 'cause he was out of breath and stuff," she shared.
