Posted Dec. 20, 2007 - The four suspects accused of killing a Washington Redskins player have filed written not-guilty pleas to first-degree murder charges.

At least two of the young men reportedly have confessed to involvement in the November burglary that resulted in Sean Taylor's death.

An arraignment in the case is scheduled for tomorrow. But a state attorney's spokesman says the filing of a written plea usually means defendants don't appear in person at an arraignment.

Teenagers Eric Rivera Jr., Charles Wardlow and Jason Mitchell, and Venjah Hunte, 20, are being held without bond.

It's alleged that they planned only to burglarize Taylor's house but were surprised to find him at home on Nov. 26.

Taylor died the following day in a hospital, after he was shot in the femoral artery, allegedly by one of the suspects.

This week, Taylor became the first NFL player to be posthumously honored with a spot on the Pro Bowl roster
